Marriage Petitions (Green Card) –Every client comes from various backgrounds – some have become out of status while others are in status.  A good faith marriage to a U.S. Citizen will allow for a foreign national/alien to receive a Green Card.  We sit down with the client and discuss if filing the petition is an amicably solution or not.

All Greencard petitions must be filed with complete documentation to prove to the Immigration Officer that indeed the marriage is a good faith marriage.  Such documentation may include but is not limited to a bank account, tax returns, birth certificates of children born during the marriage, lease/deed, major purchases in both names, and utilities and/or accounts in both names.

Prior to the interview at the local USCIS office, we schedule another meeting with the client to prepare them for their interview and discuss any possible issues that may arise.  All of our clients are thoroughly prepared so they are confident going into their interview.

Our firm has successfully filed and represented clients at the Adjustment of the Status interview.
